At Camdeboo, every item in our collection is curated and crafted with the utmost care. To ensure your purchase arrives safely and in pristine condition, we partner with premier global production and logistics providers.

1. Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

Because our product lines require different levels of specialized care and production, delivery times and handling vary by category:

Homeware Collection (Tablecloths, platters, etc.)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to dispatch.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $250 or more. Orders under $250 are calculated at standard carrier rates at checkout.

Fine Art Collection

  • Total Fulfillment & Delivery: 10–15 business days

  • Bespoke Production: Every Fine Art print is individually created, custom-finished, and specially packaged to guarantee gallery-worthy print protection in partnership with our master lab, WhiteWall.

  • Specialist Shipping Rates: Please note that Fine Art pieces are excluded from standard homeware shipping rates. To guarantee maximum protection, Fine Art orders are custom-packaged and shipped directly at WhiteWall’s specialist carrier rates, calculated based on size, framing, and complexity.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and standard national holidays. Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation.

2. Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmations

  • Homeware Orders: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

  • Fine Art Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of WhiteWall’s master production process, live tracking details will be issued via email as soon as WhiteWall confirms final lab dispatch.

You can monitor the real-time status of your package at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account.

3. Shipping Rates & Checkout Transparency

  • Order Thresholds: Complimentary shipping automatically applies at checkout to qualifying homeware orders totaling $250 or more (excluding taxes and discounts).

  • Fine Art Packaging & Freight: Shipping costs for Fine Art orders reflect direct WhiteWall specialist rates to ensure specialized, high-protection transport from the lab to your door.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Camdeboo is not responsible for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly due to invalid address details.

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to carrier size limits and specialized protective packaging, we are unable to ship Fine Art pieces or large homeware items to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required at checkout.

4. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Goods

We take extraordinary care in packaging your orders—especially our custom Fine Art pieces. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Accept the Delivery (Crucial): We explicitly advise customers not to reject or refuse a damaged package at the door. Refusing the package forces the carrier to send it back through standard transit before we can intervene, which significantly delays a replacement. Accepting the delivery allows us to process a replacement more efficiently.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@camdeboo.com.
  3. Include your order number, at least three high-resolution photos of both the damaged item and the external packaging, and a detailed description of the defect.
  4. We will work directly with our logistics partners to arrange a replacement or prompt resolution.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or weather events. Camdeboo is not liable for unexpected delays once a package has been dispatched to the carrier.
